Why I Created Wild Wisteria

Why I Created Wild Wisteria

🌿 Why I Created Wild Wisteria

By Autumn Guarino

There’s a quiet moment I return to often.

The house is still. The sky is that soft blush blue just before sunrise. I tiptoe into the kitchen, light a candle, wrap my hands around a warm cup of coffee, and sit down to write. No emails, no noise—just the gentle flicker of flame, the scent of lavender and warm wood, and the sound of my own breath.

It’s in these early hours—when the world is hushed—that Wild Wisteria was born.

For years, I longed for something more than just a product to sell. I wanted to create rituals—something intentional and beautiful, something that brings people back to themselves. As a full-time working mom, I knew how precious stillness can be. How necessary it is to carve out joy, even in fleeting moments.

Wild Wisteria became a way to do that—not just for myself, but for other women like me.

The name was no accident. Wisteria has always captivated me—wild, elegant, mysterious. It reminded me of old Southern gardens and the women who walked them with grace and quiet strength. That sense of nostalgia, femininity, and freedom is infused into every product I create.

Wild Wisteria is more than fragrance. It’s memory. It’s softness. It’s sacred, slow living.

Every scent I blend, every label I design, is done with intention. I spend countless hours testing oils, perfecting packaging, and hand-pouring candles long after my daughter is asleep. And I do it because I believe in the power of beauty—in the small, sensory things that make life feel fuller.

My dream is to offer more than products. I want to offer a feeling—the feeling of slipping into your favorite pajamas, lighting a candle, and remembering that you are worthy of peace, romance, and ritual.

This brand is also for her—my daughter Bayleigh. So one day, she’ll know what it means to build something with your heart. To honor your own rhythm. To give the world something soft in a world that so often demands hardness.

Wild Wisteria is my love letter to everyone who needs a moment of grace.
Thank you for being here. I’m so glad you’ve found your way into this story.
